CEO and Founder

Irwin is the Director of Battle Arena Malaysia and a successful serial entrepreneur in gaming, esports and talent sourcing. Along with experience in blockchain and decentralised finance (DeFi), his expertise in execution, leadership, and management will lead BAGG to greater heights.

Tiffani "Oling” Lim

Chief Marketing Officer

Tiffani, known as "Babyoling," is a well-known Malaysian esports personality with 80,000 followers on social media and 10 years of experience in the industry. She is an onscreen-game analyst, esports columnist and consultant, brand ambassador, and a skilled competitive player. She also advises the Malaysian Esports Players' Association (MESPA) and chairs the Athletes Committee of International Esports Federation (IESF).

Thomas Chang

Chief Guild Officer

Widely known in the esports gaming industry as M4, Tien-Yu is a Taiwanese gamer, streamer, PUBG pro player and esports caster. His deep esports experience and skills won him championships and top places in PUBG Master League Tournaments. Currently, Thomas is the head coach of Global Esports Xsset (GEX) – a professional esports organisation based in Taiwan.

Brian Tan

Chief Operating Officer

Also COO of DefiNation, Brian leads BAGG’s operations department. He brings with him a wealth of industry experience, from gaming and blockchain. In addition, his strong analytical, organisational, and communications skills will ensure BAGG’s operational initiatives, growth and financial strategies are in line with our philosophy.

Carlo Bernal

Chief Development Officer

Carlo has worked as a web designer and developer for over a decade, managing eCommerce firms all around the world, and contributed to incubating crypto and gamefi projects like Age of Tanks, Kleerun, among others. In addition, he has worked as a project manager and done marketing for a variety of ventures. This helped him hone his skills and gain more experience.

Spencer Yong

Chief Partnership Officer

Spencer’s passion for games led him to a career in an industry that is tailored to the things he loves doing the most. His 10 years of experience in management has been proven invaluable in his current work as Battle Arena Games Guild’s Chief Partnership Officer which involves building connections through networks of various Gamefi initiatives.
